SHIPPING POLICY

You can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have different delivery dates and tracking information.

Products ordered through us may be delivered via one of the following third-parties:

The extent of tracking information available is dependent on the capabilities of the carrier.

ORDERING RESTRICTIONS

Hartex partners with third party carriers for shipping. There are some locations where these carriers are not able to service. These might include:

If there is no physical address to delivery your order, you may be redirected to pickup from one of our distribution locations. If a distributor is ot available in your area, you can ship to a relative/acquaintance/friend/hotel address and collect it from there. To check if your pincode is servicable, please click the "Deliver To" link on any product page and enter your full address/pincode. The "Delivery" section of the product page should update to show delivery times. Please note that even if a pincode is shown as serviceable, your address still needs to conform with the rules given above otherwise it may be rejected as undeliverable by the courier provider.

Pay on delivery (POD) may not be available for certain items and pincodes. Please check the POD availability at the time of checkout.

RESCHEDULING A DELIVERY

If you wish to delay shipping of an order, please contact us and we will try to accomodate your request.

Note: Orders once shipped are handed to the third party carrier. If you need to re-schedule after the order has been shipped, please contact the carrier directly.

SHIPPING CHARGES AND DURATIONS

Shipping charges vary from item to item and pincode to pincode. Please refer to the product page for up-to-date and shipping charges. You may click the "Deliver To" link and set your delivery address/pincode to get a more accurate assessment of shipping times and rates.

Hartex attempts to fulfill all orders within 48 hours of ordering. In normal circumstances, we do not accept orders for items which are not in inventory. However, Hartex also sells products offline. Therefore, it is possible that an item goes out of stock after ordering and before fulfillment. Hartex manufactures tyres and tubes in its own facilities on a batch basis. It usually schedules production to maintain minimum inventory levels. We will, on best effort, attempt to product and ship your order at the earliest. In such cases, where we might take longer to ship your order, if you do not wish to wait longer, you may cancel the order for a full refund.

In case of returns, the outward shipping charges are not refundable. However, you are eligible for free return shipping as per the returns policy.

All disputes will be governed under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad high court, Telangana, India
