CANCELLATION POLICY

Under normal circumstances, Hartex allows cancellation of any order prior to shipping.

If the product is not delivered after 15 days of the expected delivery date, you shall have the option to cancel the order. However, such cancellation for delayed delivery will not be available, in case of force majeure. Force majeure events include but are not limited to acts of god, fires, epidemics, floods, act of terrorism, lockdowns/curfews, political or social unrest, or other catastrophes, governmental orders, acts or directives of central or state agencies or courts, union actions, actions of local, political or religous bodies or changes in laws or regulations.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We at HARTEX are committed towards making your online shopping a pleasant experience.

While we take every care and conduct rigorous quality checks on products before they leave our warehouse, we do understand that at times, one might want to cancel / return the order.

Items are returnable within 15 days from the date of delivery subject to the following conditions:

For all products returned by the customer, refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to your registered bank account (in case of post-paid transactions) or as Hartex Credit in case of Pay on Delivery orders.

Timeline for issuing refunds are as follows

Return Process

  1. To return a product, select your order in the Hartex Shop. If the return window is active, a return button will be visible. Click the button to initiate a return request.
  2. Fill out the form and print the return label as directed. Pack the product in its original packaging and paste the return label on the package
  3. Products will be picked up from the original delivery address within 15 business days.
  4. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
  5. As soon as we receive and validate your return, your refund will be processed according to the timelines specified above.

Warranty

Every tyre, tube & flap manufactured and/or marketed by HARTEX is warranted to be free from defects in material quality or workmanship in its first tread life & warranty period. If our examination shows that a product has failed during the warranty period mentioned in this warranty policy, HARTEX shall replace the product on pro-rata wear basis subject to terms and conditions of this warranty policy.
